The Unalome is a visual representation of one’s path or journey.
In Buddhist cultures it marks one's path to enlightenment. Starting out in the head/mind spiraling out, and then going this way and that. Facing fears, anxieties + suffering. Ultimately, straightening out freeing oneself, growing to open ourselves up + allowing peace, joy + bliss to be experienced, along with everything else. To me, coming back to a state of neutrality.

How can we allow ourselves to FEEL each experience + emotion, while not being overcome?
To me, by remembering we are co-creators + that we always have a choice.
It's all about balance.
